Welcome to Inked Passport Travel Concierge! By engaging in travel planning with us, you agree to these terms and conditions. We act as a booking agent for various travel service providers (Suppliers) and are not the direct source of travel services.

Booking Responsibilities:

• You must be at least 18 years old to make bookings with us.
• You're financially responsible for all bookings made, whether for yourself or others.
• Provide accurate information, and only make legitimate reservations.

Supplier Terms:

• We act as a booking agent for Suppliers, and their terms apply to your reservations.
• You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of each Supplier selected for your itinerary.

Changes and Cancellations:

• You're responsible for all charges and fees related to your travel bookings.
• Cancellation or changes may result in fees or loss of funds. Make sure to review Supplier policies.

Travel Documents and Requirements:

• Obtain and carry valid passports, visas, and required documents.
• Verify all information in your travel documents for accuracy.
• Notify us of any necessary corrections within 24 hours.

Individual Entry and Exit Requirements:

• Different countries have varying entry requirements, especially regarding criminal offenses.

Health and Safety:

• Ensure proper immunizations and health screenings before travel.
• Check entry requirements for travelers with disabilities.
• Consider purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.

Risks and Safety:

• Stay informed about travel conditions and warnings.
• Acknowledge the risks associated with travel to certain destinations.

Force Majeure:

• We're not liable for failures or delays due to circumstances beyond our control.
• Travel insurance is recommended to cover unforeseen events.

Client Conduct:

• Adhere to behavior guidelines and dress codes.
• Participants are expected to act responsibly; any disruption may result in removal from the trip.

Currency Fluctuations:

• Prices may change based on currency exchange rate fluctuations.
• Inked Passport Travel Concierge is not responsible for foreign transaction fees.

Travel Insurance:

• Travel insurance is offered to protect against various risks; its purchase is recommended.

Reservation of Rights and Changes:

• We reserve the right to change these terms at any time.

General:

• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
• Any claims must be brought within 12 months after the trip's completion.
